Terms and Conditions
Governing law and forum
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any non-contractual obligations connected to these Terms follow the same rule. Where consumer protection requires another approach, those protections lead. Disputes may be brought before the competent court in the Netherlands, although nothing prevents the parties from trying consensual methods of settlement first. A short mediation can be useful when issues are factual rather than legal, yet participation remains voluntary unless a specific product rule says otherwise.
Scope and relation to other policies
The Terms apply to the OneRed website, applications, and all games and features made available through the service. They work together with the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the Game Rules, the Bonus and Promotion Rules, and any service notices that appear in your account. If texts seem to clash, the rule that most precisely addresses the situation will guide the outcome, provided mandatory consumer rights are preserved. If a clause is ever inconsistent with binding law, it will be read in a way that fits the rule, while the remaining sections continue to operate.
Eligibility and geographic reach
Access to the service is reserved for people who have reached the legal gambling age in the Netherlands and who act only for personal entertainment. Professional or organized play is not accepted. You agree not to hide your location, not to misrepresent identity or residence, and not to use methods that bypass checks. The Central Exclusion Register, often referred to as CRUKS, can prevent access where a person has been excluded. In that situation the platform remains visible for informational purposes but gambling features are disabled.
Acceptance and contract
A contract arises when you accept these Terms during sign-up or when you continue using the platform after a clear notice has been shown. By proceeding, you confirm that you are legally capable of forming a contract and that all information provided is accurate and complete. If at any time you no longer accept these Terms, you must stop using the services and begin the closure process through the account tools.
Single account and integrity of registration
A single account is permitted per user. The account cannot be shared, given, or transferred to another person. Upon enrollment and at various points throughout the partnership, OneRed may request information to verify identity, address, ownership of payment methods, and the origin of funds. As part of this agreement, you commit to complying quickly and maintaining accurate records.
Verification and ongoing checks
Identification, age verification, and other due diligence are ongoing processes. When things change, levels are reached, or laws change, you may be asked for documents and data again. Without participation, you may be restricted, have your withdrawals canceled, or have your account closed. OneRed keeps check records safe for the time allowed by Dutch law and privacy laws.
Anti-money-laundering and sanctions
OneRed follows the Dutch regulations on anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing, which are known as the Wwft, and follows the rules for sanctions that apply to it. Transactions are watched for strange behavior. If the law allows it, more questions may be asked, and a report may be sent to the right authority if necessary. In rare cases, the operator can’t tell the customer about a report. Staff members get training, and the processes for overseeing them are looked at on a regular basis.
Payments: deposits and withdrawals
You may deposit only through methods made available in your account and held in your own name. Ownership of instruments can be checked at any time. Withdrawals ordinarily return funds through the same route where that is feasible and lawful. Funds are released after security and identity checks are complete. OneRed is not a bank and does not grant interest on balances. If a chargeback or other reversal appears without a valid basis, the operator may deduct the amount from your balance, pause access while an inquiry takes place, and seek recovery of linked losses. When a payment partner or a banking system experiences delay, status updates will be surfaced inside the service when possible.
Game integrity and system reliability
Games are supplied through certified random number generators or through approved live systems. Independent testing, change control, and security reviews are embedded into the technical framework. If a round is interrupted by a network problem or a system incident, settlement follows the relevant game rules. Where no fair outcome can be established, the round may be voided or another fair solution applied under those rules. Maintenance windows can occur; OneRed aims to schedule them during quieter periods and to provide status information via service banners.
Product-specific rules
Some products carry house rules that supplement these Terms. Live tables may include etiquette and chat standards that protect presenters and participants. Game shows may apply special resolution steps if a stream fails. Where a product rule is stricter than a general clause, the product rule takes precedence for that scenario. You are encouraged to read the in-game help before joining a table or opening a new title.
Promotions and bonus ecology
Promotions are optional. Clear summaries appear before you opt in, with links to full terms that explain participation steps, eligibility, contribution rates by game type, and any caps or exclusions. If the system detects behaviour that suggests abuse, such as multi-accounting, chip-dumping, or coordinated attempts to unlock rewards without genuine play, OneRed may remove a bonus, adjust balances for fairness, restrict access to future offers, and, when appropriate, close the account. Promotional currency, if any, follows its own expiry and conversion logic as stated at the point of opt-in.
Safer play and the operator’s duty of care
Gambling should remain entertainment. OneRed keeps a duty of care that mixes monitoring, guidance, and intervention. You will find tools that help you stay in control, including deposit caps, time-outs, loss and wager limits, and reality checks. If patterns suggest rising risk, contact may be initiated to review settings and to provide advice or restrictions. A break can be taken through the platform, and a stronger barrier is available by registering with CRUKS. Independent counselling services operate around the clock, and support staff can direct you to those resources when needed.
Marketing, affiliates, and creators
There are tight rules in Dutch law about how to advertise gaming. OneRed doesn’t launch campaigns that aren’t aimed at a specific set of people and stays away from channels that are likely to reach kids or other vulnerable populations. We follow national rules and guidelines when it comes to role models and sports-related activities. Affiliates, streamers, and other promoters must obey the rules of the platform, which say that they can’t make false promises, use aggressive techniques, or suggest that gambling may help with money difficulties. You can modify your marketing preferences at any time, but you may still get important service reminders to keep you up to date on changes to security or policy.
Privacy and data protection
The General Data Protection Regulation and the Dutch Implementation Act say that OneRed is in charge. We use your personal data to run the service, execute our contract with you, follow the law, keep things safe and secure, and, when possible, customize your experience. The Privacy Policy talks about the types of data, the legal reasons for collecting it, the people and companies that will use it, how long it will be kept, how it will be sent to other countries, and your rights. Some of such rights are access, correction, deletion, limitation, portability, and objection. You can make requests using tools in your account. You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority. Encryption, role-based access, separating environments, monitoring, and regular testing are all examples of security methods.
Cookies and similar technologies
The platform uses cookies and comparable technologies to keep sessions secure, measure performance, prevent fraud, remember preferences, and, where allowed, personalize content. A consent interface appears on first visit and from time to time thereafter, letting you adjust non-essential categories. Browser settings provide additional control. Essential technologies remain active because they support basic functions such as login and safety.
Security and account protection
Security is shared. OneRed enforces strong credentials, device checks, and session management, and may offer additional verification steps for sensitive actions. You should keep passwords private, install updates for your devices, and sign out when finished. If unusual activity is detected, the account may be locked as a protective measure until ownership is confirmed. Evidence of compromise should be reported through in-service tools so that countermeasures can be applied quickly.
Third-party content and links
Some areas of the platform are powered by external suppliers. Links may lead to websites or policies that are not controlled by OneRed. Visiting those resources is your choice. Review third-party terms and privacy notices before use. If a partner service becomes unavailable, the associated feature may be paused or replaced without liability beyond what the law requires.
Progressive prizes and pooled mechanics
Certain titles include pooled prizes that accumulate over time. Contribution logic and payout procedures are explained inside the game information panel. If a pooled feature is retired or replaced, uncommitted contributions are handled according to supplier terms and regulatory expectations. When a prize is triggered, settlement follows the rules of the specific mechanism and the outcome is recorded in the audit trail.
Tournaments and leaderboards
Competitions may be offered that rank participants using criteria defined in a notice published with the event. The notice covers eligibility, scoring, tie resolution, and award formats, which can include cashable funds, bonus value, free play, or entry to later events. Collusion, manipulation, or exploitation of tournament systems is forbidden. OneRed may correct obvious error, adjust results to reflect fair play, and disqualify participants who breach rules.
Inactive and dormant accounts
When an account shows no meaningful activity for an extended span, OneRed may classify it as inactive. Prior to any change in status, reasonable efforts will be made to alert you through service notifications. Withdrawable funds are returned to a verified payment method where that is possible and lawful. If contact cannot be re-established, balances are safeguarded as required by Dutch rules. Any administrative step connected to dormancy will be proportionate and clearly described within the account area.
Suspension, exclusion, and termination
You can ask for a cool-off, a lengthier self-exclusion, or harsher limits at any moment. OneRed can suspend or close an account to safeguard a customer, follow orders from a supervisor, follow punishments, or look into possible breaches. When the account is closed, any withdrawable balance is paid out after the necessary checks, unless the law mandates a hold, recovery, or report. Re-activation after exclusion follows the criteria that apply and may involve a fresh risk assessment.
Acceptable use and prohibited conduct
According to this agreement, you are not allowed to use bots, scripts, or automated play, probe or circumvent security measures, or otherwise tamper with the site. Attempting to mislead, plot, abuse bonuses, or launder money is strictly prohibited. Using someone else’s payment method or acting on their behalf is prohibited. Possible repercussions include shutdown, suspension, legal reimbursement for losses, or the removal of promotional balances.
Intellectual property and limited licence
OneRed or its licensors own the intellectual property rights to all software, designs, images, text, audio, video, and brand assets. In compliance with these terms, a personal, restricted, and revocable license is provided to use the services for entertainment purposes. Copying, redistribution, selling, and derivative exploitation are prohibited, as is reverse engineering beyond what is required by law. You give OneRed a limited license to keep, display, and moderate chat messages and other user-generated content in order to run the service.
Evidence, records, and audits
Server logs, transaction histories, gameplay records, and service messages form part of the official record. These materials may be used to resolve disputes, demonstrate compliance, and support audits by authorities or independent assessors. Where there is a clear conflict between a client display and server records, the server record will ordinarily prevail unless a manifest error is shown. Records are stored in secure environments with integrity controls and access restrictions.
Complaints and escalation
If you’re not content with a part of the service, you can file a complaint using the options in your account. The team will look into the problem, look at the facts, and give a well-thought-out answer. If you are still unhappy after a final answer, you can get independent assistance or take the issue to the proper Dutch courts. The Kansspelautoriteit makes sure the market runs well and that people follow the rules, although it doesn’t normally decide private contract disputes. OneRed will work with any legal request from supervisory bodies.
Changes to these Terms
Regulation evolves and products change. OneRed may update these Terms to reflect new legal duties, technical adjustments, or improvements to the duty of care. Where an update is significant, a notice will appear within the service and, when the law requires, explicit agreement will be requested before the change applies to you. If you do not accept an update, you should cease using the services and initiate closure through the available tools.
Assignment and transfer
Rights and obligations under these Terms may be transferred by OneRed in connection with a reorganization or a change of service provider, provided your statutory protections remain intact and continuity is maintained. You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations without prior consent obtained through the mechanisms presented in the service.
Severability and waiver
If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the extent permitted by law and the rest will continue to operate. A delay or failure to exercise a right is not a waiver. Any waiver granted for one situation does not create a rule for future situations.
Entire agreement and interpretation
These Terms, together with the policies and rules referenced in the service, constitute the entire agreement between you and the operator of OneRed regarding access to and use of the platform. Headings exist for convenience and do not alter meaning. Words in the singular include the plural where context allows, and references to persons include legal entities where appropriate. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, agency, or employment relationship.
Survival
Provisions that should reasonably continue after suspension, exclusion, or closure will remain in force. That includes obligations concerning privacy, intellectual property, acceptable use, limitations of liability, records, and dispute resolution.
Language
This document is published in English for clarity. If a translation appears in the service and differences arise, the version designated as authoritative in the legal notices will prevail.
